Most people who have a weight problem figure that the answer to the problem is to start a new diet or to enrol on a new weight loss programme every time. However, their wrong dieting approach might either be causing the problem or fuelling it. Let us assume that you have put on a few extra pounds. Because you want to become thinner again, you go on a diet, decide to enrol in a weight loss programme or consult a qualified dietician. You then get on the merry-go-round: Desire to be thin, diet, cravings, reduced control, overeating, regain lost weight and again desire to be thin.
   
  Clearing Negativity In The Home
Have you every walked into a room and felt you could “cut the atmosphere with a knife?” Or perhaps you know someone whose depression or illness seems to fill their surroundings? These are examples of how a negative atmosphere can affect us. The same is true when we search for a new home; the feelings we have in the first few minutes will usually decide whether we want to live there. There are times when we need to clear stagnant energy from our own homes and there are different ways of doing this: - A good start to the process is the cleaning and opening of the windows to let fresh air in.- Moving ornaments or furniture, even slightly, will also help to break up negativity.- Playing some lively music can help to recharge the atmosphere.
